Bookkeeper/Office ManagerIntegrated Hydraulic & Industrial,established in 2004 and located in the Burnside Industrial Park, Dartmouth - NS, specializes in hydraulic tool/equipment sales, service & rentals.
We service elite clients within Atlantic Canada from the Marine, Energy, Aerospace, Construction/ Fabrication and Transportation industries.

Customer service is our focus.The successful applicant will have a great commitment to customer service, being able to manage a fast
- pace schedule, working effectively and independently or as part of a team. Communications skills, both with the team and with the customer, are at the core of customer service and a must to qualify.
We are seeking a qualified bookkeeper or office manager to carry out the following tasks:
- Responsible for accounts payable & receivable
- Process payroll
- Bank reconciliation
- Monthly & quarterly CRA remittances
- General bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with but not limited to invoicing, quotes, purchase orders and inventory
- General support to the team as needed
- Reporting to the manager as required
- experience demonstrates excellent knowledge of office work & current job specific computer software such as SAGE & training. Enrollment in certified courses or completion would be a great asset in determining your qualification.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly wage, based on experience.
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Sage: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
