- Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments
- Receive case assignments, establishes treatment plans, and completes case progress notes
- Develop service plans which outline a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision
- Complete a comprehensive psycho-social assessment on clients as needed
- Receive crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required
- Provide on call rotation availability for a 4-day period once every couple of months
- Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or other related discipline
- Must hold valid registration with the relevant governing body
- Minimum 3 years counseling experience
- Experience in brief solution-oriented counselling
- Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services an asset
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required, French language is a huge asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Position Summary
As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

You will require consistent internet capability of at least 25 Mbps, and preferably 50 Mbps download speed.Your computer will be provided and, where a phone is required to perform your work, we will provide a phone.
