AC Security is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our growing Hospitality, Asset Protection, Nightlife, Events, Retail and Commercial teams.

Our teams currently operate and supply coverage to many of Winnipeg's largest and most notable locations across the city and surrounding regions.

Available shifts:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
• Night shift

Requirements:

• Ability to transport yourself to and from the job site.
• Licensed by the Province of Manitoba as a Security Guard with clean record checks
• Frontfacing and personable
• Fluent English language skills
• Positive critical thinking skills

The following are assets but not required but may reflect an increase in pay post probationary period:

• Bilingual
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or event security
• Proven leadership skills
• Driver's license and vehicle
• Nonviolent crisis intervention training
• Firstaid + CPR certified
• Mental health firstaid
• Use of force training

• Secondary School (preferred)
