Overview:

The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $45,000 to $50,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all Canadian locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity._

Responsibilities:

Actively manage the sales transaction database and ensure that all information is complete and accurate by contacting listing brokers and related stakeholders to obtain further details.
Update charts and market presentations including economic information provided by third party resources.
Assist the brokers as necessary in providing relevant information for pitches and valuation.
Assist with the quarterly investment reports and any other ad hoc reports as necessary.
Attend monthly investment division meetings to provide updates on topics such as significant properties that are being marketed, notable building & land sales, and general real estate news.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail is required
Organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Possess characteristic traits of independent thinking and selfstarting initiative
Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills
Must be proactive with a keen sense of urgency
