- 40 hours per week; 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
- Stock Review on regional DC inventory
- Stock Replenishment/ filled and unfilled rate
- Supervising and monitor the execution of Inventory Management team
- Set up team performance goals and KPI
- Data Analysis – vendor & product performances
- Overstock control
- Obsolete/ Damaged Stock Control
- Inter branch stock transfer coordinator
- Freight charge review and negotiation
- Post-secondary degree preferred or combined 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning
- Has experience of managing people and team
- Has experience in international trade is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data to analyze vendor performance
- Strong personal and people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to plan, balance and multi-task job responsibilities based on business need
- Ability to listen, take direction and learn quickly
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines while producing high quality work
- Fluent in English
- Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a plus

Position Summary:
The Inventory Planning Supervisor or Assistant Manager reports to the Senior Purchasing Department Manager. The ideal candidate will provide support in daily review on inventory level; overseas replenishment; sales review and data analysis.
