Job Opportunity:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish, develop and expand broker, law firm and customer relationships.
Review transaction materials to understand target company profiles and provide preliminary terms.
Underwrite M&A transactions in an expedient and thoughtful manner, focusing on the diligence process and scope of representations.
Draft and negotiate RWI insurance policies.
Work in a fastpaced environment, multitask, and make quick decisions while maintaining underwriting integrity.
Maintain awareness of the competitive environment in, and the unique risk profile of, the product line.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Prior experience underwriting Representation and Warranty Insurance.
JD degree and M&A legal background preferred, but not required.
Ability to work within a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Careful attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and desire to build industry relationships.
