We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager, to support and lead our Campus Master Planning process.

HSC's Campus Master Plan is grounded in the College's unique characteristics and assets and aligned with the four pillars of our Strategic Plan.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of the College's Campus Master Plan.

The position will act as the advocate for the College and carry us through to the completion of the different phases of the project while keeping the steering committee informed and ensuring alignment with the College's strategic priorities:
a whole college - connected and inclusive, personalized learning, purposeful and sustainable learning environments and resilience and wellbeing.

The Project Manager will work closely with the steering committee through the entire development process.

This includes, but is not limited to, project phasing, assisting with refining/developing the project scope, schedule and overall budget, pre construction phase, all procurement activities including selection, evaluation and award of architects, consultants and contractors, through to the post construction and warranty phase.
