What You'll Be Doing- You will be responsible for validating and ensuring warehouse and inventory data processes are effective and data is accurate- Managing daily operations and setting priorities- Setting picklist schedules so that they are synchronized with the timing of receiving and production needs- Ensures that the Warehouse and Production teams are following FIFO rotation processes based on shelf life- Manage business supplies and raw material- Identify shortages and act in a timely manner- Define inventory KPIs and track them regularly- Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks- Suggest solutions for continuous improvements- Ensures cycle counts (month end, quarter end, year end) are done efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner- Will be responsible for variance reduction and inventory accuracy- Will be responsible for reduction of grocery waste- Will be managing a team- Forecast inventory shortages to ensure inventory availability in a timely manner and in full- Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control


What We Are Looking For- Previous working experience as a warehouse / inventory manager is required- Excellent knowledge of data analysis- 5 years of WMS experience is required- 3 years of experience with data analysis, Excel / Google Spreadsheets- 2 years experience grooming direct reports, promoting key players, and conducting employee performance management is required- Experience liaising with purchasing, production, and quality assurance departments is preferred- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is preferred- You are analytical and entrepreneurial oriented and you always strive for improvement- You are a strong communicator and able to get buy-in from other departments and team members- You are organized and structured in your day to day activities- Great attention to details- Good time management skills- Additional education in logistics or supply management is a plus- Flexibility to work during the weekends due to business needs
