    Hourly Rate:
    $42.50 per hour


    Shifts:
    Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm

    JOB RESPONSIBILITES
    Planning and scheduling on your own as required.
    Maintenance development and execution
    Identify parts requirements for work orders to ensure successful planning.
    If parts are non-stock, work with Tech Planner to order parts where necessary.
    Follow up with vendors on parts availability, obsolete part replacements, upgrades, etc.
    Stage parts and specialty tools as per VPO expectations to ensure efficient work order execution.
    Maintain parts staging/kitting area(s) as per VPO policies.
    Return unused parts to stores as per VPO policies.
    Manage the repairable spare parts process.
    Participate and utilize technical skills in the continuous improvement of line efficiencies and maintenance plans.
    BOM creation
    Participate in the plant MCRS requirements.
    Participate in continuous improvement of Business Descriptions, Process Maps, SWIs, etc.
    Update performance metrics and explanations as needed in team rooms and office spaces.
    Participate in Maintenance reviews with BOP and ZBS as needed.
    Other tasks and duties as assigned.


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    Plumber – 306A (Red Seal) certification
    Demonstrated technical understanding of the process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, pressure relief, cleaning machines) and specific brewing equipment (e.g. Centrifuges, Mills, Filters, etc)
    Demonstrate understanding and execution of the maintenance requirements for process and specific brewing equipment.
    Demonstrated ability to use computer systems including but not limited to: SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, web-based applications/tools
    Strong leadership, relationship, and communication skills to deal with peers, managers, and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers and consultants)

    Ability to coordinate and be a leader of a cross functional team of technicians (various disciplines) and brewers working on initiatives and projects.

    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision.
    High energy and initiative
    Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
    Excellent work ethic and attendance record
    Ownership and accountability demonstrated.
    Strong interpersonal skills
    SDCA certified.
