Overview:
Our client, a General Contractor based in Nanaimo, BC, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
This PM role is an administrative PM and requires a high level of business acumen and attention to detail in documentation.
Must Have:
8+ years' experience as a project a managerBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite required.
Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
Experience working with lump sum contracts.
Experience with Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource loading.
Experience managing high voltage energy generation and transmission projects.
