is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Office Administration professional to join our team.

As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and office administration tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in accounts payable and office administration roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clean driver's abstract.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

- vendor management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
