Well, you've come to the right place We're searching for a Manager, Operations who will act as a champion of continuous improvement, overseeing for the effective implementation, maintenance and administration of the operational activities that support Skyline Wealth and their clients.

This role will also be responsible for initiating, leading, and managing change in a high volume, fast paced, front line service environment with the purpose of delivering an exceptional client service experience and supporting Skyline's shared goal of creating meaningful value for our customers, our people and our communities.

What we're looking for:

Leadership experience with a strong understanding of management best practices and principles.
Proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation (if you have a crystal ball, that helps too).
Strong understanding of office administration, workflows and data management as well as superior organization skills in order to implement procedural changes and improve efficiencies.
Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines. We have high expectations of our leaders to meet deliverables (no pressure).
A strong passion for leading a team and training groups of employees.
Communication, communication, communication Did we say communication? Yes, you must embody excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, i.e. ESA, OHSA and its regulations, WSIB, Human Rights, etc.
