Position Title:
Direct Sales and Local Agents (Business Development Managers)


Location:
Vancouver Head Office


Reports to:
President, or other designate as assigned


Summary of Position


Reporting to the CEO & President, Tamsin Plaxton, you will participate in growing the company's business in the Direct Sales channel market and local agencies market.

You will manage a small team of direct sales staff to manage leads through the sales funnel. You will collaborate closely with marketing staff and consultants to assist in optimizing lead quality and quantity results.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Managing the Direct Sales department team
  • Achieve sales targets set by management
  • Network with agents and partners to generate interest amongst the student population market.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate sales and admission procedures for direct sales team.
  • Assigned to agency account management as required by management.
  • Establish, review and update operational procedures and provide training to other members of the team.
  • Oversee and execute the full cycle admissions process from sale, to students' first day of class.
  • Report stats and qualitative analysis on the health of the admissions pipeline and process.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Respond to student inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Education and Career Services.
  • Take initiative to suggest improvements on the sales process and other areas around admissions.
  • Data entry and upkeep in compliance with Private Career College guidelines.
  • Providing insight and feedback from potential applicants to Management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company' s products to better assist clients.
  • Complete daily reporting to track clients' interactions, admissions and sales goals and targets on the CRM.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Manage digital marketing campaign.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a sales role

2. Advanced Vietnamese
skills**•Track record of over-achieving quota


  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Post-secondary diploma
