Customer Service Assistant in Real Estate

Job summary
I am looking for an assistant with customer service experience in real estate to work directly with me.The main responsibility will be phone conversations following a script that I will provide to determine whether the prospect may qualify as a first-time homebuyer through assistance programs.
Responsibilities
- Phone calls to contacts who have already submitted a request for more information not cold calling.
- Sending SMS messages to prospects when necessary and appropriate.
- Following up with prospects both those who have already responded and those who have not.
