    Bélanger, Joly & Kachami Pharmacy, affiliated with Uniprix in Oka, is seeking a motivated pharmacist who is passionate about patient health and well-being.

    Conveniently located near Laval, Montreal, and the Basses-Laurentides, our pharmacy offers a collaborative environment where you'll always work alongside 2 to 3 colleagues, plus owner-pharmacists who are present and attentive.

    In this role, you'll collaborate with fellow pharmacists and technicians to manage prescriptions, review patient records, and prepare medications in accordance with professional standards.

    Skills

    • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Pharmacy
    • Good knowledge of prescription management software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Tasks

    • Recommend treatments to patients based on your evaluation of their symptoms and needs
    • Educate them on the use and side effects of prescription and over-the-counter medications
    • Keep them safe by checking for potential drug interactions
    • Ensure the safe handling of medications (transport, storage, etc.)
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to offer holistic patient care
