Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Monitor and analyze client progress data, making necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to intervention.
- Stay current with research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to support the implementation of behavior plans in various settings.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a valid certification number.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working in the field of ABA.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Knowledge of current research and evidencebased practices in ABA.

Salary:
$60.00-$80.00 per hour
