Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Monitor and analyze client progress data, making necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to intervention.
• Stay current with research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to support the implementation of behavior plans in various settings.

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a valid certification number.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience working in the field of ABA.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.
