Overview

Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon, and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.

The Systems Coordination Lead will work with the Closeout team and will assist in the day-to-day activities required for team communications, the generations of the metrics and reports, attending key interface meetings, taking minutes, and tracking open action items.

Coordination, strategic communication, and administrative activities related to various third-party stakeholder interfaces is the primary focus of this role.


Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and leading weekly progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders, representing Crosslinx Transit Solutions Constructors (CTSC) in meetings with client and external stakeholders, tracking the action items coming out of these meetings.
  • Tracking closeout documentations for various systems packages and preparing tracking tools and dashboards requested by the closeout team
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports to the senior management team regarding design package submissions, document submissions, and open actions of the closeout team
  • Frequent tracking of system updates that feed reports and dashboards
  • Interface with Procurement, Expediting, Engineer of Record, Testing & Commissioning, V&V, and Systems Assurance team where required
  • Perform other coordination tasks as requested for the Closeout team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma related to engineering, technology, or computer science, or sufficient work experience in a related field
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Problem solving, mediation, gap analysis and recognition, assertive yet fair communication skills
  • Exemplar communication skills, keen attention to detail, motivated selfstarter, team player
  • Experience with transit projects is an asset
  • Construction project work experience is an asset
  • PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is an asset
  • Microsoft Project or Smartsheet experience is an asset
