On-Call Early Childhood Educator Wanted in Terwillegar

Are you a certified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for nurturing young minds? Join our dedicated team at Discovery Nest Early Learning Center located in the heart of Terwillegar We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us on an on-call basis.

Position Overview:

As an on-call Early Childhood Educator, you'll step into the shoes of our valued Educators when they're on vacation or sick.

Your role will be to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 12 months to 5 years, ensuring their well-being and development are a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with children through creative play & ageappropriate experiences
• Serve premade meals
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where each child can thrive.
• Support the implementation of curriculum and activities tailored to the interests of the children.
• Adhere to licensing regulations and center policies at all times.
• Classroom cleaning
• Support diapering / potty needs

Qualifications:

• Certified Early Childhood Educator
• Police Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
• Passionate about early childhood development and education
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and routines

Location Requirement:

We require our on-call educator to live in close proximity to Terwillegar to ensure prompt availability when needed.
