We are looking for a new member for our growing AB Catalytic team.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting customer enquiries and being our customer's main point of contact, building relationships and sales with existing accounts.

Deliver highquality customer service.
Develop business with existing clients and educate customers of the features and benefits of our products.
Must have a solid understanding of using accounting software and generating invoices, purchase orders and accounts receivable and monthly statements.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our parts according to customer needs and objectives.
Resolve customer inquiries regarding technical information, pricing, delivery or status information.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

Proven B2B work experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
Experience with customer service or inside sales is an asset
Industrial or Manufacturing work experience is considered an asset.
MS Office experience with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
Dependable & accountable.
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Compensation

Salary:
$17 - $21/hr + health benefits. Determined based on experience and qualifications.

Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm.
