Machining Administrator - Woodshop Material Quality Control_

Job Duties:

Use cut list to identify all projects components and assist in coordinating their production across CNC, edge bander, saws and laminator.
Assist machine operators in loading and unloading materials.
Utilize a forklift to deliver sheet goods to CNC and Saw operators.
Organize and maintain material inventory.
Operate Machinery like edge bander
Perform quality inspections on outgoing components.
Put together skids containing finished components listed in the cut list and transport them to the assembly department.
Maintain and keep records of the machines in the department

Key Attributes:

Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Proficient in operating machinery, notably the edge bander.
Detailoriented with a focus on quality control.
Effective communication skills for task coordination.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent hand to eye coordination
Experience in woodworking, forklift operation, shipping, or manufacturing is considered an asset.
