Description

Calgary Egress Windows is looking for a reliable individual to join our team.

We have a full time semi-seasonal (cold weather dependent) position available for an individual who has a customer first attitude, experience with power tools, a valid driver's licence, and is hard working.

As a window installer, you will be responsible for performing tasks at a job site to aid in the installation process of egress windows.

Duties Include:

Install or replace egress windows
Remove concrete foundation
Take measurements and mark guidelines for installation
Inspects and installs windows to ensure installation is correct without errors
Install window trim and caulking
Install window well and backfill
Prepare and maintain work material and supplies
Operate and maintain equipment
Provide solutions and recommendations to complete the job
Driving of company trucks and trailers
Work environment is mainly outside

Requirements:

Previous experience installing windows is an asset, but not required as we provide onsite training as well
Valid Class 5 (nonGDL) License and experience towing trailers
Experience with power tools is an asset
Ability to lift 50lb, do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
Works well individually and with a team
Safety boots, glasses and hearing protection
Workers must be punctual, reliable, professional and trustworthy
Available Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with some weekend work required
Ability to work in all weather conditions

Wage:

Hourly $25 to $3
To be determined based on experience

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
