Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our Human Resources group, you will support our Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) in their day-to-day activities, with a primary focus on facilitating and managing the background check process for all potential Canadian Bank Note Company (CBN) hires.

What You Will Do
- Facilitate the initiation of CBN background checks with thirdparty background check providers;
- Liaise with external stakeholders to address background check related delays and/or issues;
- Review and assess thirdparty background check findings, crossreferencing all information and escalating inconsistencies/concerns to the appropriate internal stakeholders (Talent Team, HR, Security, etc.);
- Assist the Talent Team with conditional and formal employment offers; and
- Various other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and Experience_
- Degree/diploma/certificate (or equivalent work experience) in Human Resources, Administration, Security, or other relevant field
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Experience in a highvolume environment (processing claims/invoices/transactions/etc.) is an asset
- Skills and Abilities_
- Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Excellent organization/time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Welldeveloped analytical skills
- Attention to detail
Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance.
