Microsoft Team Systems Consultant for our

Vancouver office who will utilize strong technical skills to implement Microsoft solutions that solve business challenges while creating the desired outcomes The Microsoft SharePoint Systems Consultant has a very deep and experienced understanding of the Microsoft technology stack.


A Day in the Life:


  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and team leads, to deliver industry leading Microsoft technical solutions successfully and on time
  • Deploy and maintain infrastructure, supporting SharePoint and related technology
  • Test and implement upgrades and enhancements to existing environments
  • Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow
  • Establish detailed documentation including knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
  • Keep abreast of relevant industry certifications and accreditations as aligned with key practices and technology partners

What You Bring:


  • 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Sharepoint solutions
  • Background with Marketing, Communications, and/or Web Design
  • Ability to facilitate workshops
  • Extensive knowledge of M365 services
  • Knowledge of modern SharePoint components and architecture
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience with ShareGate
  • Scripting migrations with PowerShell
  • Performance and task management
  • Error reconciliation
  • Ability to map requirements into the overall solution
  • Demonstrated experience in intranet implementation:
  • Top down direction (Stakeholder interviews, strategic priorities)
  • Employee Needs/focus groups
  • Strategy Planning/roadmap
  • Design
  • IA, Usability, Branding, Page templates
  • Implementation
  • Build/Populate/Test/Launch/Support

  • Other Microsoft Certifications
  • Consulting experience in a MSP
  • JIRA experience
