Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
• Prepare and analyze account statements and reports
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
• Assist with monthend closing activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in Payroll duties
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in financial services or accounts receivable preferred
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
• Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools for account analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer serviceoriented mindset
