- Works with customers at the counter, via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner.
- Delivers strong service and salesmanship on the phone order desk and front counter parts sales.
- Responsible for day-to-day processing of parts orders for internal and external customers, including entering, ordering and expediting purchase orders.
- Support service technicians in researching, sourcing, expediting and delivering parts requests to work areas.
- Check parts catalog for parts and provides accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for all parts transactions.
- Tracking or shipping product to both local and out-of-town customers and inter-branch locations
- Completes all required documentation for vendors, customers and suppliers.
- Conduct inventory to assure proper availability of required stock.
- Operates in a safe manner and keeps work area clean and tidy at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Must be computer literate.
- Knowledge of parts and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, a team player, has a sense of urgency, and has the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-evolving environment.
- Able to work full time, 40 + hours per week.
