Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
- Conduct telemarketing and inside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain longterm relationships
