Job Summary

This role is a key part of our Parts/Service department, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to meet their needs and provide timely solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote products and services that meet customer requirements.
• Supply Service Technicians with parts as needed.
• Maintain store displays by preparing merchandise as required.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in inventory locations accurately.
