Description

The Project Manager will be part of the Information Services Group (ISG).

They will partner with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets, Commercial Bank, TTS, Compliance and Risk) and be part of the ISG team to drive end-to-end delivery on a Front-to-Back strategy for Credit Risk service model with the focus on syndicated loans portfolio that fully supports, satisfies, and anticipates the reporting needs of the business and our regulators.

They will assist senior team members to develop and manage medium to long term plans in the loans/lending space and execute functional strategies for complex regional and country structures requiring coordination and integration across units.

They will provide input into strategic decisions affecting the various function within a region or business.

Responsibilities:

Identify, prioritize, and own execution of opportunities, end to end, to drive operational efficiency
Assist in developing and execution strategic roadmap to drive execution of Credit initiatives such as WCR (Wholesale Credit Risk) with stakeholders (ICG Business, Operations and Technology, Global Function teams) across the globe
Provide functional support to drive continuous improvement across the Loans area
Effectively partner with Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, Program Managers and Management Office team, providing insightful financial and business analysis and developing senior management reports, to define and track key operational/program metrics and to help drive business decisions to achieve goals
Ensure close governance and tracking across the full implementation plan and alignment against Regulatory commitments
Record meeting summaries and followup actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly
Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders
Develop and support performance measurement and management ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards to project/functionspecific metrics.
Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group
Drive change management strategy through execution of strategic initiatives
Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards

Obtain a unique firmwide view of Risk Management at Citigroup.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in project management, strategy development and execution
Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile project work
Demonstrates clear understanding of the drivers of performance and decision making to maximize results. Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy
Excellent problemsolving abilities and organizational / time management skills
Project Management certification preferred
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Ability to network and interact with a broad range of risk teams and senior management
Intellectually curious and willing to invest time in researching areas outside current knowledge base/ skill set
