L'Analyste Fonctionnel ERP sera responsable de favoriser l'amélioration et l'uniformisation des processus reliés au système ERP sur les différents sites de l'entreprise ayant faits diverses acquisitions dans les dernières années.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Être le premier analyste TI à l'interne et analyser les processus en place sur les différents sites

• Conceptualiser des processus uniformes pour l'ensemble de l'entreprise, et spécialement en Finance

• Faciliter les prochaines acquisitions en définissant de nouveaux processus d'intégration

• Veiller à la centralisation vers le système ERP en encourageant l'utilisation des mêmes fonctionnalités sur des différents sites et le virage numérique (digitalisation de certains processus encore sur papier)

• Œuvrer dans une équipe de 3 personnes et tout en travaillant également avec une firme de développeurs

PROFIL

• 5+ années d'expérience en tant qu'Analyste Fonctionnel TI

• Expérience professionnelle avec un système ERP et spécifiquement avec un module en Finance

• Connaissance du logiciel Karmak (fort atout) et de Microsoft 365

• Ouverture au voyagement au Québec environ 15% du temps

• BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The ERP Functional Analyst will be responsible for promoting the improvement and standardization of processes related to the ERP system on the various sites of the company having made various acquisitions in recent years.

MORE PRECISELY

• Be the first internal IT analyst and analyze the processes in place on the different sites

• Conceptualize uniform processes for the entire company, and especially in Finance

• Facilitate future acquisitions by defining new integration processes

• Ensure centralization towards the ERP system by encouraging the use of the same functionalities on different sites and the digital shift (digitalization of certain processes still on paper)

• Work in a team of 3 people and while also working with a developer firm

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst

• Professional experience with an ERP system and specifically with a module in Finance

• Knowledge of Karmak software (strong asset) and Microsoft 365

• Open to travel to Quebec approximately 15% of the time

• BAC in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (French and English)
