Manage and deliver on time, engineering projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms;Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of engineering projects;
Lead and coordinate technical Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders;
Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in technical engineering activities
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget;
Manage and establish engineering related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities;
Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution;
Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews;
Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary;
Coordinate formal engineering document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins etc.);
You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 8-12 years in project management or aerospace;
You are familiar with Program/Project Management processes and principles;
You have sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;
You have previous experience in structural and / or systems development would be an asset.
You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
