Position Overview:
Finning is in need of a Warehouse Supervisor for the lively Regional Distribution Center located in Edmonton.

The role of the Warehouse Supervisor involves overseeing all warehouse processes, ensuring the accurate and timely procurement of parts for our valued Finning (Canada) customers.

This position requires strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.

Job Description:

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in parts procurement for all customers
Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly workloads, as well as personnel schedules
Provide training for parts and warehouse functions as needed
Maintain excellent communication with internal and external customers, delivering top-notch service
Handle change management in a dynamic, customer-centric setting
Establish necessary internal parts systems and processes
Conduct daily safety meetings and regular departmental gatherings

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role
Leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing capacity
Proficient in Caterpillar dealer processes
Familiar with and compliant to Finning policies and procedures, especially safety protocols
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills to promote positive employee engagement
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
