Job Summary:


  • Tracking shipments
  • Planning Driver routes
  • Planning equipment uses & status with Operations
  • Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests
  • Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices
  • Solving customer complaints and monitoring shipments
  • Ensuring that driver complies with company policy and procedure
  • Maintaining accurate records of all shipment details and vehicle information
  • Monitoring truck movements and guiding drivers on their routes via text and phone
  • Tracking delivery time
  • Reviewing truck drivers' logs
  • Transmitting shipment details to customers

Qualification Requirements

  • 1+ year's Commercial Truck dispatch experience required
  • Minimum 2 Years Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 2 Years Office Skills experience
  • Minimum 40 WPM Typing & Texting.
  • Fluency with Technology, including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Google Sheets
  • Clear Written & Spoken English
  • Exceptional organization and customer service skills
  • Good References from past employers
