With a company history dating back to 1969, and 33 locations across the country. Modern PURAIR's Vancouver/Richmond location is scheduled to be re-launching in January 2023 and will quickly be experiencing rapid growth.


The Position:


I'm looking for an A-player "Operations Manager", based in the Vancouver/Richmond office, who is extremely motivated to lead all aspects of our day-to-day operations.

This role will be predominantly focused on building and maintaining a championship mindset team, while delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping to profitably grow the business (maximizing efficiencies).

The Role Details:_

The Operations Manager will lead the operational side of our business.

You'll be coordinating all aspects of our customer facing operations, including hiring and building an amazing team, team training, truck safety and inspections, route management and efficiency, customer feedback, customer experience (pre-job, during-job, and after-job completion), and much more You're hungry to succeed and will do whatever it takes to make it.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Hiring and inspiring team members (Technicians)
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery and leaving our customers with a WOW
  • Managing our operations (truck routes) in the most efficient manner possible
  • Ensuring the "backend" of the business is meeting all Head Office requirements (reporting, etc)
  • Maintaining our fleet of vehicles (regular cleaning, safety and equipment checks, etc)
  • Working alongside the General Manager to ensure business profitability

KEY RESULTS:

  • Consistently hit weekly job delivery performance targets (i.e. 5star google reviews, ontime service, etc)
  • Consistently deliver a superior brand experience to everyone who interacts with the company
  • Operate business within all agreed budget line items

Salary:
$60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
