Responsibilities:


May include:

  • Call on small to medium size builders and set them up on the builder rebate program and coordinate with the local Territory Sales Manager.
  • Works with the ASM/RM to coordinate and in independent works with the RSD to coordinate.
  • Help with National Builders when needed.
  • Active in division Builder Organizations and Tradeshows in order to build and maintain industry/trade relationships.
  • Work with local engineers as needed to provide specs for projects.

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficient in creating and presenting builder presentations using PowerPoint both verbal and printed.
  • Sales and relationship management experience
  • Proficient accessing and using ARI for system matches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Product knowledge and HVAC industry knowledge are strong assets.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask

Experience:


  • 5+ years

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
