Summary:

Accurate HD is looking to hire a foreman for our clean-up crew to manage a crew as we continue to expand.

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Clean up crew foreman is responsible for work site restoration

Job Requirements:

12 years' experience required with landscaping
12 years' experience required in a leadership role
Ability to read locate maps and construction plans & specification
Understanding of grades
Have a valid Class 3 driver's license
Be a problem solver as well as follow instruction
Ability to work with a team
Able to work in various physical positions (standing, sitting, lifting, etc.)
Work in various weather conditions (hot/humid weather, rain, snow, winter, etc.)
Willing and able to work outoftown up to 21 days at a time
Must have strong attention to detail
Provide: hard hat, high vis vest, steeltoed safety boots

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Work with the Superintendent to plan, schedule and organize the crew
Manage day to day activities on site, ensuring everyone is working in a safe and efficient manner
Execute daily plan and work sequence
Safely operate and maintain various equipment including but not limited to: skid steer, mini excavator, etc.
Report daily to Superintendent and Project Manager
Complete accurate daily job logs
Report any accidents, damage, or defects immediately and work in a safe manner
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Other duties as assigned
