Description

Busy Specialist office looking for an individual who has strong communication skills, is enthusiastic, and eager to learn Medical office experience required.

This position is suitable for someone with a good customer service background, self-motivated, and works well within a team.


DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Triaging calls
  • Answering phone calls and calling patients with instructions.
  • Work with Accuro EMR (training provided) to maintain and update patient records
  • Book patient appointments and manage doctors' schedules to ensure smooth office flow
  • Other general office tasks as required

Successful applicant MUST possess the following:

  • Customer service experience.
  • 2 years of Medical office experience or completion of a Medical Office Course
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills, pleasant and courteous
  • Effective communication skills with patients and office staff
  • Selfmotivated
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and follow through with tasks

POSITION OFFERS:

  • Wage rate of $24 to start, as commensurate with experience
  • 2 Weeks of paid Vacation
  • Paid Sick Days
  • Full time hours 3540 hours a week.
Our office is open 8:30am - 4:30pm.

From $23.00 per hour
