Rotation/Shifts:

Basic Requirements:

Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario;
Eligible for registration in abdomen plus at least one other specialty with Sonography Canada and/or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
Experience in abdomen plus at least one other specialty;
Ability to assist in invasive procedures;
Knowledge of septic and aseptic techniques;
Good knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound equipment both mobile and static;
Certification in CPR;
Good written, verbal and presentation skills;
Sound judgement and problemsolving abilities;
Good interpersonal skills;
Eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

MSK experience;
Experience with bowel studies;
Experience in a hospital environment;
Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
