Overview:

Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized files both physically and digitally

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role in Real Estate is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative processes in a dental office setting is a plus

Job Types:

Pay:
$20.00 per hour
