Overview:
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized files both physically and digitally
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role in Real Estate is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of administrative processes in a dental office setting is a plus
