• Travel within the Bradford, Ontario area and perform inhome speech and language assessments using your own materials.
• Develop and deliver treatment plans and goals to improve speech, language and/or literacy skills, using evidencebased practices.
• Arrange scheduling tailored to your own needs and preferences.
• Provide clear and timely session notes to share with parents and the practice owner. Notes are to be delivered either at the end of the session or within two days of session delivery. Notes are to include therapy session goals and strategies addressed within the delivered session so that parents can follow through to maximize progress.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with the practice owner, by sharing said session notes, scheduled sessions and all other pertinent communication.
