    What you will be doing:

    The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of offshore operations partners and is the first point of contact. The Operations Specialist consistently communicates with outsourced vendors to provide guidance and support and answer real-time inquiries. They partner with Client Success, Programs, Implementations, and other internal business partners as they relate to Claim Entry, claim Adjudication activities, closely monitors trends, and identifies issues while looking at problems with a solution lens and continuous focus on innovation.

  • Responsible for answering real-time questions and inquiries from outsourcing vendors and to day communications/coaching with outsourcing vendors via office communicators, and video conference
  • Attend all relevant bi-weekly meetings to support the vendors and clients related to entry, adjudication and UMRP services
  • Update and maintain relevant confluence knowledge database to reflect current and accurate processes as it relates to claim entry, adjudication and UMRP
  • Maintain SLA's in FreshDesk ticketing systems to ensure prompt responses and high-quality standards
  • Monitor relevant SLA's and work to create action plans where possible
  • Manage SharePoint database library and google drive where applicable
  • Oversee Mail-In Scans daily transfer from SFTP, UMRP file transfers and all other document transfers as it relates
  • Drive standardization into day-to-day functions which include updating and amending processes, UMRP processes approval matrix and data entry instructions
  • Review UMRP cases/tickets, provide UMRP admin services & work with UMRP outside vendors to deliver to client contracts
