Job Description:
We are a fast-growing vacation property management company, looking for a reliable and responsible Sales Manager to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales development representatives to qualify leads and present solutions.
  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities with a defined market segmentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and structure your sales processes from lead generation, value creation to negotiation and closing.
  • Play a key role in our expansion strategy by working with strategic accounts to maximize total revenue.
  • Follow up on current opportunities and revive inactive opportunities through varying forms of communication.
  • Engage with real estate communities, groups or property management forums to promote Park Place Properties.
  • Finding and executing offsite presentations to help generate leads.
  • Maintain weekly lead generation activity reports.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Proactively seek out market information in order to effectively develop rapport with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about Real Estate with an interest in technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing deals; overall fullsales cycle experience.
  • Strong research skills, selfmotivated, highly organized with a great attention to detail.
  • Must have a savvy understanding of both shortterm and general Real Estate market trends across North America.
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in sales.
  • College diploma/degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • A team player, hardworking, passionate, confident and enthusiastic about meeting monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, resultsoriented environment.

Nice to Have:
Sales Experience: 3+ years

  • Sales and/or Business Development experience within property management industries
  • Real Estate License

Shift Days:
Monday - Friday and occasional weekends.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (schedule may vary depending on demand)
