Your role as Talent & Culture Coordinator


Reporting to Jessica Soulbane, Manager, T&C Operations, the mission of the Talent and Culture Coordinator is to coordinate, streamline, oversee and continuously improve Dialogue's onboarding, training and offboarding processes to support a positive and personalized experience, ensuring each new team member is properly taken care of and is set up for the best of success.


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing onboarding process;
  • Welcoming employees and providing them with access to all systems;
  • Leading onboarding presentations for employees, explaining values, policies, benefits, insurance, etc.
  • Acting as employee administrator and ensuring employee information is maintained and up to date on all systems; HRIS System (UKG formerly Ultipro), Insurance provider and other HR systems
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR issues
  • Executing on HR practices and writing various documents such as employment contracts modification and employment confirmation letters
  • Acting as a goto person for all HR questions
  • Help to manage and dispatch requests and questions in the HR inbox
  • Assisting with payroll administration (employees changes, payroll notes, etc.)
  • Acting as a resource for employees needing guidance on their group benefits plan
  • Supporting the talent and culture team with any special (ad hoc) project they need assistance with
  • Replacing the Office Coordinator as needed

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • College diploma in HR administration or a university diploma in HR combined with 6 months to a 1 year of experience
  • Experience with an HRIS (we use UKG formerly Ultipro)
  • Experience in an HR service center or an early stage tech company is considered a plus
  • Caring but yet result oriented
  • Comfortable in a highgrowth environment
  • Fully bilingual (English-French)
  • Techsavvy
