Go High Level Lead Nurture and Chat AI Optimization ExpertWe are hiring an experienced Go High Level specialist to audit and optimize our lead generation and nurturing system from first contact through booked appointments and closed deals.
BUDGET:
Somewhat flexible
Leads are already coming in through Contact Us forms, Chat AI, and paid social. The issue is conversion and follow-up. We need someone who understands what happens after the lead enters the system and knows how to fix it. This is a hands-on role working directly inside our Go High Level account.
Responsibilities – Focus on leads coming in
Audit lead flow from Contact Us forms, Chat AI, and paid social
Confirm proper tracking, tagging, pipelines, and attribution (every lead gets tagged)
Identify and fix drop-off points in the funnel
Evaluate and optimize email, SMS, call, and appointment workflows
Improve appointment booking rate, show-up rate, and close rate
Improve follow-up for missed and canceled appointments
Optimize Chat AI logic, responses, and FAQ handling (IMPORTANT)
Ensure qualified leads or people on our website for a period of time are routed quickly to a live human (IMPORTANT)
Improve visibility into what page visitors are on when chat starts
Implement changes directly inside Go High Level
Required Experience
Strong, proven experience with Go High Level
Experience building and optimizing lead nurture workflows
Experience with appointment booking funnels and pipelines
Experience working with Chat AI or live chat inside GHL
Understanding of conversion optimization, not just automation
Ability to work inside an existing system without breaking it
Nice to Have
Experience with paid social lead flows
Experience improving close rates for service-based or education businesses
Ability to explain decisions clearly and simply
