Feeds'n Needs is hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Windsor. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service, able to participate in the sales development and the smooth running of the location.

This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week.

Ready to Feed the Needs of our community?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing guidance and answering questions from customers
Operating cash registers and other equipment
Packaging or bagging products for customers
Assist in replenishment and labeling of products on the sales floor
Warehouse assistance as needed

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:

Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift over 25 kg is required
Forklift training is considered an asset, but not required
