Responsibilities:
- Support AME and Industrialization manager with launch activities, equipment design validation and commissioning, and timing and resource planning.
- Support with PDCA action items relevant to program launches and help develop timing plans with internal resources.
- Support with manufacturing system designs and project cost estimate sheets.
- Support with PFMEA reviews and modifications to represent real situations on the manufacturing line.
- Support AME with design reviews and equipment detail reviews and develop improvements where applicable.
- Support with continuous improvement activities on existing lines to improve overall efficiency.
- Support using critical thinking tools available to prevent reoccurring issues on the lines.
Experience:
Studying Engineer
Good Command English language is required
