- Carry out analysis, design, implementation and production support for both new and existing systems & services.
- Lead Identify and Access Management (IAM) initiatives and perform workflow analysis to enhance directory infrastructure and service delivery.
- Develop custom web application components to complement and extend commercial software and drive automated workflows.
- Process production support requests within established time frames, investigate problems and implement recovery procedures where necessary.
- Enhance and support current applications and technology while transitioning to new platforms.
- Adhere to project management methodologies to establish and deliver projects.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology plus a minimum of five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Demonstrated experience with directory management, account provisioning and web application development using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Postgres and/or MariaDB.
- Experience in Linux and Windows environments.
- Good analytical, problem solving, written and oral communications skills, as well as organizational skills.
- Experience with Active Directory, MS Entra ID, Windows PowerShell, MS Graph API, software development.
- Experience in system design, workflow analysis and systems development methodologies.
