Live-in Superintendent - Brampton, Canada - Medallion Corporation
Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Live-in Superintendent to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. The Superintendent role will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the building and report to the Property Manager.Must have previous work experience with doing in-suite maintenance request, electrical, plumbing, painting, building operations, mechanical, fire panel, heating and ventilation systems in compliance with the company standards.
Must have extensive knowledge of building mechanicals and able to troubleshoot when needed. Must have knowledge to handle an emergency situation.Be able to do monthly suite turnovers, removal of garbage and snow as needed, handling tenant complaints in a professional manner, performing various building maintenance and repairs and must be a team player.
Respond to after business hours & weekend emergency calls (on a rotational basis)Job Types:

Salary:
$30,000.00-$32,000.00 per year
