Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily independent work
- Daily removal of all litter and debris
- Daily cleaning of all sidewalks, curbs and roadways
- Regular raking and cleaning of all planted beds
- Hardscape weed control of vegetation in paved walkways and driveways
- Regular lawn and garden maintenance
- Routine power washing
Education & Experience:
- landscaping: 2 years (preferred)
Qualifications:
- A professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- A demonstrated high degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work and act independently using good judgment
- Selfmotivated individual with a "cando" and "no task is too big or too small" attitude
- Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask/prioritize and work under tight timelines
