Responsibilities:

As the Receptionist, you will be the first impression of our company. You will be welcoming visitors in person and mainly by telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. You will also be accountable for administrative duties including filing, mail, couriers, shipping, receiving and typing correspondence. Responsibilities may also include accounting duties such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.


Requirements:

A positive attitude, detail-oriented, driven, punctual, efficient and have great customer service skills Well versed in all aspects of Reception and Office Administration by being a great listener, patient and easy to get along with.

• Accounting knowledge/experience.
• Construction and heavy equipment industry knowledge would be helpful.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize and be very organized.
• Excellent communication skills with all level of clients internally and externally.
