Our company is seeking a Maintenance Crew Lead to work on and manage our maintenance client's outdoor spaces.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about the work they do, with aims to grow within the company.

You should have a strong sense of initiative, maturity, problem solving ability and _very _strong communication skills.

This is a face-paced, mobile role, meaning time flies.

We offer a Monday - Thursday schedule for this role, so take back your time with our short work weeks and LONG weekends...

Responsibilities:

Using software to maintain detailed notes on all the properties withing your given portfolio.
Build report with clients and communicate information to them a clear and polite manner.
Providing all of the following services on our clients properties: weeding garden beds, mowing and edging lawns, trimming hedges and small trees, leaf clean up/removal, installing soil & mulches.
Using software to maintain daily records tools and equipment
Communicating information to management when requested.
Driving our company trucks and at times towing our trailer.

What you bring:

35 years of previous landscape maintenance experience
A horticultural background
A desire to grow your career in the landscaping space
A strong sense of ownership over the work you provide
Fine tuned organizational and time management skills

Required:
Valid Class 5 Driver's license.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Salary:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour
